Me: What’s next from Marvel?
Jaco: Iron Man 3, in May.
Me: That’s almost a year away
Jaco: Indeed. What I’m really interested in, though, is what they’re going to do with The Hulk now that they’ve finally managed to make a Hulk that everyone likes.
Me: I know what they’ll do. They’ll take all the things that work for this Hulk and multiply them by infinity, and it’ll be ‘awesome-overkill’. So like, “Hey, we heard that one girl saying she thought it was awesome that Hulk had chest-hair. So let’s give him LOADS OF CHEST HAIR! And our cinema response groups say everyone laughed when he was punching people in the face, so let’s have him punching everyone in the face, all the time!!”
Jaco: Green with loads of chest hair? He’ll be like a shrub.
Me: A shrub that punches people in the face.
Jaco: ‘Oh, look at this inconspicuous green shrub!’
Me & Jaco: Then BAM!!
